Gregg and Lenika Scott are the proud parents of 6 daughters Jazmine, Janae’, Jayla, Joy, Jireh and Jordan. It is for that reason Lenika decided to turn to the Home Based Business Industry after leaving Corporate America in 2007. She wanted to be able to, not only stay at home with the girls but also wanted to generate extra income for the family. This was a decision that was not made lightly because they knew they were making a financial sacrifice. However, the needs of the children outweighed the pursuit of her career. Her desire to earn more income came from her desire to assist her husband, who has always been a great provider for their large family.

It was in 2009 when they begin working side by side in the Home Base Industry. Together they began to produce 5 Figure Monthly Income Checks. It was at that point Gregg saw all of the incredible possibilities that this industry can bring. Within that same year they received a major breakthrough in business and generated their 1st 6 Figures in Direct Sales and built a Million Dollar Business!

Success has not always come easy for them. Gregg and Lenika were married in 1995 and had their 1st daughter that year. They both are college graduates and started out working in their field but due to a rapidly growing family Lenika often looked for ways to bring extra income into the home. She has always had an entrepreneur spirit and a desire to operate a successful home business.

Born in a small rural town, Enfield North Carolina, Gregg was not a stranger to hard work. His parents instilled values in him that early on he realized was priceless. Gregg learned how to be a great husband and father by watching his father lead and doing what it took to take care of his family. In the famous words of his father he learned “How to take care of his Business.” His father stood firmly on values such as Honesty, Integrity, Honor and Respect. Always having a heart to see others do well. These are just a few of the things that Gregg uses today as his compass in life. Gregg always seeks ways to provide for his family and create abundance in their lives.

Today Gregg is still building and helping others to do the same. He uses his strong work ethic, strong love for people but most importantly his strong desire to see others succeed to pull greatness out of everyone he comes in contact with. Gregg firmly believes that everyone has a level of greatness within them. God has given everyone their own measure of greatness and it is up to us to tap into it. Gregg helps others by tapping into those talents and gifts and bringing them to the forefront.

When they aligned with TLC it was during a time where they had also experienced some downfalls in the industry. When Total Life Changes presented itself to them they felt it was the right business move to make as the vision of the founder and CEO Mr. Jack Fallon aligned with their personal vision. It was about the people and helping the people.

Total Life Changes has been such a blessing to The Scott’s. It has allowed our love for the industry to be reawakened.
